Dear Residents and Associates,

AMABCC, the BCC Residents’ Association, and Planbelas, the BCC Management Entity, have announced that on June 22 they restarted a dialogue and joint work with the aim of maintaining the BCC as an example of quality family life, surrounded by enchanting nature.

The motivation of both parties is to ensure collaboration that allows the management of available resources to maintain the quality of the areas and services provided, and compliance with all the rules.

In this cordial and trusting atmosphere, we have taken steps to build the necessary understanding by the end of the year, and we have had clear examples with some urgent interventions in the improvement of equipment (Café no Campo, Clubhouse and Healthclub) and improvement and maintenance of public spaces.

We will continue to work together to guarantee the resident community the well-being that once made them come to Belas Clube de Campo with their family, urging everyone to raise their level of commitment to Belas Clube de Campo.
