In its July 2021 Newsletter, the Queluz and Belas Parish Council reports<\/strong> that Sintra will have a hospital with adequate services to welcome its users, including a site for the future construction of a heliport, and will be prepared to expand its responses, both in terms of new specialty consultations and the construction of two floors to install up to 120 more convalescent beds.<\/span><\/p>\n

The equipment will consist of:<\/p>\n

1 –<\/span>Programmed Outpatient Clinic<\/span>with Outpatient<\/span>Consultations and Examinations; Mental Health Unit; Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit, Collection Center and Complementary Diagnostic and Therapeutic Means;<\/p>\n

2 – Ambulatory Surgery Unit with Surgery Block and Recovery Room;<\/p>\n

3 – Basic Emergency Service to serve around 60,000 emergencies, around half of those carried out at Amadora\/Sintra Hospital;<\/p>\n

4 – Convalescence unit with 60 beds;<\/p>\n

5 – Pharmacy;<\/span><\/p>\n

6 – Sterilization Unit;<\/span><\/p>\n

7 – Education and Training.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
