The AMABCC Board would like to share with you some important information regarding the updated version of the BCC Regulations.<\/p>

After a year of joint work with the Management Entity, AMABCC has decided to endorse this new regulatory framework, convinced that it represents a significant step towards ensuring that the BCC continues to exist in the way we envision and continues to provide quality of life and well-being to the entire resident community.<\/p>

We would like to offer a few comments that may help us better understand this new regulation and the reasons behind our decision to endorse it.<\/p>

Main Advantages of the New Regulation Draft<\/strong><\/p>

Greater Participation in Defining the Future of the BCC <\/strong><\/p>

AMABCC now has a recognized role in the decision-making processes of the development. We will directly influence the planning and execution of the annual budget and activity plan. This means that the priorities and needs of residents will be more effectively considered in the management of the BCC.<\/p>

Involvement in Management and Future Transition<\/strong><\/p>

The new document grants AMABCC a key role in monitoring current management and, crucially, in the future transition of the management entity. We will be able to participate in the selection process and ensure that the new entity aligns with the best interests of the property owners and the long-term vision for the BCC. This active participation aims to guarantee a smooth transition and efficient, transparent future management.<\/p>

Reinforcement of Transparency and Accountability<\/strong><\/p>

The new regulation establishes mechanisms that promote greater transparency in resource management and increased accountability on the part of the management entity. The Association’s participation will enable more rigorous and informed oversight, ensuring that decisions made serve the community’s best interests.<\/p>

The decision to endorse the new regulation was made with the primary goal of strengthening the representation and influence of property owners in the life of the BCC. We believe that:<\/p>
