06 Feb The Importance of Joining AMABCC NOW

Dear Resident,

We continue to work and do our best to improve the BCC at all times, both in its spaces and in its processes and organization.

The need for a single regulation for all has long been discussed. This document must reflect what is most important to achieve and the obligations of all parties, which everyone must respect. Only then will we have a better BCC and a bright future ahead.

We are working with all parties to finalize a proposal for the new regulation, which will be shared during our next General Assembly, to be held next April (the call and supporting documents will be sent in due course). During this meeting, everyone will have the opportunity to contribute constructively to the new Belas Clube de Campo Regulation.

This document aims to ensure that BCC will continue to be a space of Excellence, capable of responding to the challenges of the 21st century.

As with all moments of change, it will be crucial to count on the participation, sense of responsibility, and support from EVERYONE – so we appeal to that silent majority, who rarely participate because they believe common sense will prevail and that everything will be resolved, to contribute with their opinion this time!

Thus, as we have repeatedly stated, AMABCC should represent more than 75% of residents, and this will only be possible if you, individually or as a condominium, join us!

Go to www.amabcc.pt and register as a new member, pay your fee, and vote in the next General Assembly.

We remind you that, in accordance with our Statutes, to vote, both individual and condominium members must have their fees paid by March 31, 2025.

For Condominium Members – voting at the General Assembly is conditioned on presenting a meeting minutes from your condominium’s General Assembly, held within the last 12 months, which appoints your representative.

Therefore, since it is the time for condominium General Assemblies, we suggest adding an item to the agenda regarding the importance of the condominium joining and being represented in AMABCC by appointing a resident to vote on its behalf.
